Child, I call you to work with integrity, even when no one is watching. Let your actions reflect My character, and work as though you are serving Me directly. Your faithfulness in the small things prepares you for greater opportunities in My kingdom.

Do not be discouraged if your efforts go unnoticed by others, for I see everything, and I am pleased with your faithfulness.
